College Graduate of Southwest Texas State University in 1998. Alexander has previous work experience with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a state Parole officer. Alex then obtained his Master of Arts Degree in 2006 by attending night school and completed his M.A. Degree in Counseling emphasis in Mental Health. He worked as a clinical practitioner before embarking on his dream to own his own business.

So, in 2007 Alex opened his own insurance business bringing expertise working with people. Today, Alex has given his professional advice to people of our community regarding their insurance needs for over eighteen years.

Spending time and traveling to beach with family and friends is what Alex loves to do. Fishing with friends and watching Alex Jr run college cross country and track is also a big favorite. Most of all, Alex will treat each customer as his own family. That is how much he cares about his business, and the insurance needs of his customers.

Caroline Esparza-Peña is a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word, where she earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociology in 2003. She brings more than 30 years of experience in the legal field and customer service, including serving as an Office Manager, Business Development professional, and Client Intake Specialist.

Since joining the Alexander G. Peña Sr. Insurance Agency in 2007, Caroline has used her extensive background in client relations and business development to help support and grow the agency. With years of experience supporting the agency, she is dedicated to building strong client relationships, promoting the agency’s services, and helping individuals, families, and businesses connect with insurance solutions for their needs.

Caroline takes pride in providing professional, friendly, and personalized service while helping the agency grow and build lasting relationships with clients throughout San Antonio and communities across Texas. Outside of the office, she loves traveling, spending time at the beach with family and friends, attending Texas Longhorn games, watching her son compete in college running, and visiting her daughter in college in Austin.
